A somewhat...Interesting update today. Please do give it a read as it is somewhat important information regarding the shipping of your goods.
First off, E-packet has stopped accepting deliveries to the United States of America, United Kingdom, Guadeloupe, Andorra, Belgium, Isle of Man, Finland, Germany, Jersey, Monaco, France, Guernsey and, well, a lotta other countries.
This was an unforeseen circumstance that we did not expect, but we have to deal with the reality of this situation, and today's update is to explain what we intend to do about this.
First of all, we will be delivering every package via DHL (for backers who live overseas).
This is done at no additional cost due to Epacket's new restrictions, and we will take the loss from the extra shipping cost.
For anyone who purchased the EMS/DHL shipping option for extra money, we are sorry to say that we cannot issue a refund at this stage, and we very much appreciate the money you put in to help us cushion this unforeseen extra cost.
As an apology and show of good faith, anyone who has purchased the DHL/EMS shipping option as an add-on (and did not receive it as part of ordering items worth 60,000 yen or more) and lives outside of Japan will receive a free Mousepad reward from this campaign.
We hope that you will accept this offering, and we once again extend our thanks.
As for everyone else, due to requiring some last minute changes to our shipping method, there might be a slight delay in items reaching your doorstep, but rest assured we are still proceeding in a timely fashion, so do keep an eye out for your goodies!
Digital Goods will still release on time this Friday on the 25th of March JST.

We're sure many of you are wondering when you can get your hands on the VBF FDs in English, after all, and we would like to give you an official answer here in this update!
The Release Date for the VBF FDs is March 25th 2022!
That is correct, the game releases within the month, just a few weeks left to go! We hope you're all looking forward to the release!
While we're talking about a release date, we would also like to discuss some details about the Physical Goods that our backers ordered during the Kickstarter Campaign & Backerkit, specifically about the shipping.
As the FDs only have a digital release, other digital rewards should also be distributed on the same date of the 25th.
As for the physical goods, we will be sending them out with the intention of them reaching your doorstep by the end of March.
However, depending on where you live, there is the possibility of a delay...
Perhaps some of you might be familiar with this system from the previous Kickstarters we've run, yes?
We will be sending out final confirmation emails for you to confirm that your current address is correct for shipment of any physical goods you have ordered.
The period of time allowed for you to change your address is 48 hours after this update is posted before your order is automatically locked down, address included.
Therefore, please confirm that your current address is correct!
If it is correct or you only ordered digital items, then you are free to just ignore the email and your order is locked after 2 days. However, even so, we recommend just double checking one last time!
And now for the last part of today's update...
We received a sample of the mousepad reward item, and we would like to share some pictures of it in this update!

日本語版は確かにそうではありますが、このキックスターターはローカライズのためなのですから、英語版＆中国語版のリリース日ということで。
さて、リリース日は3月25日になります！デジタル系のグッズは同じく25日の配信予定です。
フィジカル系のグッズに関しては、3月末までに到着するように発送をいたしますが、発送地域や発送方式によっては、遅れが生じる場合もございますので、何卒ご了承ください。
登録されている住所の最終確認メールが送られます。
フィジカル系のグッズをご購入下さった方で、住所の変更の予定がある方は、このアップデートが公開された後の48時間以内にバッカーキットで住所の情報を変えてください。
